General — Óptimo Suite

The suite includes modules for warehouse management (WMS), sales force (SFA), transport management (TMS) and Android mobile apps for shop-floor operation. Each module can run independently or integrated, based on the client's needs.

The web apps are built on ASP.NET Core MVC (.NET), with optimized data access (Dapper and stored procedures), DevExtreme UI components and DevExpress reporting. A modern, maintainable, high-performance stack.

Deployment runs on IIS on Windows Server, hosted in the cloud (AWS). The architecture supports cloud environments or configurations based on the client's infrastructure requirements.

Yes. We offer two-way integration with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The specific scope of each integration is defined during the discovery stage.

Yes. Development is quoted and delivered modularly, allowing components to be enabled, adjusted or excluded based on the agreed scope, without affecting the rest of the solution.

Yes. We provide technical support; channels, hours and service levels (SLA) are agreed in the contract, based on each client's needs.
